October 21, 2007 Te Bach

Can you help with the Te Bach after the Gymanfa on October 21st?

This year we especially need at least three people to help with cleaning up afterwards and a couple people to help during the te bach, and we’ll accept all donations of Welsh tea cakes, cookies, and other delicacies.

Please call Donna Boyce at (614) 470-4999 or email celticdonna3[at]sbcglobal[dot]net.

Diolch yn fawr!

Upcoming CWSS  performances

The Columbus Welsh Singing Society, under the direction of Ann Gillard, has three performances booked for the last quarter of 2007.  All three will be presented at senior retirement communities and all are open to the public

Welsh Country Dancers of Central Ohio

September is here and that means the folk dancing classes are back in the swing!  Join us the 1st and 3rd Mondays of each month, September through June, from 7:30-9:30 p.m. (verify schedule on or around holidays)

On most 5th Mondays, we join with a Scottish country dance group for a twmpath/ceilidh to enjoy easy “social” dances and a snack potluck.

Location:  Old Town Hall, Worthington, Ohio, 67 East Granville Road (on Dublin-Granville Road just one block east of North High Street)

No partners are necessary – come alone or bring a friend!  There are no “dues” but a $2 donation each session helps us pay the rent.

Contact: Donna Boyce, (614) 470-4999, visit our website at http://www.welshcountrydancers.org or email us at info[at]welshcountrydancers[dot]org.
